My answer

 

If I had a time machine, I would go to Agust 2018, because I would like to rent a different room from the one I live in right now. There is a reason I don't like my rented room. First, The room I rented is always humid, especially in summer. Second, my room is noisy because it is on the first floor and right behind the road. The noise makes me stressed. If I went back to then, I would rent a better room.
