My answer: 

 

In order to live, what matters is food, clothing, and shelter. Let's say the clothes are based on items, and I choose the other items for food and shelter. The first item is a sharp knife for making a hunting weapon like harpooning and making my wooden shelter. I will hunt fish with a harpoon. Now that I have some fish, I have to think about how can I eat the fish. Thus, the second item is a fire stick that can make fire. By using fire, I can eat the fish or meat cooked and keep me safe during the night from cold weather, other animals, and mosquito. Furthermore, I can request for rescue by making smoke to the ship passing by the island. Last, I will bring a portable water purifier. What if there is no drinking water on the island? Then, I am gonna die in a week. Okay, now that I have all the items need, I can survive.
