UN에서 사용한 영어 비즈니스 이메일 표현 모음(소개, 감사, 용건, 부탁, 요청, 마무리 등)

2020년 8월 ~ 12월, 5개월 동안 UN ESCAP의 IDD부서에서 인턴을 했었습니다. 

 

UN은 거의 모든 업무 요청과 소통을 이메일로 진행하는데요. 이메일로 업무해본 적도 없고, 심지어 영어라서 이메일을 어떻게 써야할지 너무 막막했습니다. 이메일 하나 보낼 때도 이 표현이 맞는건지, 예의에 어긋나지는 않는 건지 많이 고민도 하고 인터넷도 찾아봤죠. 그래서 인턴 초반에는 이메일 작성 때문에 업무속도가 느렸다고 해도 과언이 아닙니다ㅠㅠ

 

그런데 1달, 2달 하다보니까 이메일 핵심 내용은 바뀌더라도 비슷한 표현이 반복적으로 쓰이는 걸 알게됐습니다. 매번 인터넷 찾기도 번거롭고해서 한 번에 정리해놓고 필요할 때마다 복붙하자는 마음에서 정리해봤습니다. 

 

제가 쓰던 문구들과 여러 인터넷 사이트에서 찾은 내용들을 종합해서 타이핑하느라 오타가 있을 수 있습니다. 바로 복붙하는 경우 한 번 더 살펴보세요!
