My Answer.

 

In my opinion, SNS is not necessary except messanger like KaKaoTalk for our life. We are able to live without Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. Excessive use of SNS is a waste of time and confuse our mind. We have to focus on real life, not a life reflected in a camera. Our concentration is often distracted by SNS. If you want to get focused on something like study, work, play, hobby, you must cut SNS from you. 

Of course, appropriate use of SNS can help you connect with other people and get diverse information, which makes your life better. 

Meanwhile, If you are in business, SNS marketing is necessary to increase sales.
